to join me in one of my workshops, where together we will delve into the secrets of this medium and you will feel the joy that comes from creating your own one off original piece of felted art.

Felt Making for Curious Beginners

Learn the techniques involved in basic felt making.  This workshop will firstly, teach you the basics of felting where you will make a test square.

Then using the skills you have learnt, you will go on to create your own piece of art.

You will do this by exploring surface design, adding lots of different fibres, pre felted shapes and fabrics to create a unique one off original piece .  This finished fabric can then be taken home and made into a wonderful cushion, bag or hung as wall art.

Nuno Felted Scarf the Next Step

Nuno scarf making, design and edging techniques.

This workshop puts the emphasis on design and technique, using silk and merino.  You will be creating a delicate, nearly transparent scarf, with fabulous drape and class.  Express yourself with subtle pastels or bright colourful, bold designs.  The choice is yours!

It is preferable that you have some felting experience for this workshop.

Experimental Felting Weekend Retreat

Let your imagination run wild!  Think interior design, cushion covers, table runners, lampshades or upholstery.  The choice is yours.

This is your chance to clean out your cupboards and bring along thin throw outs, old light jerseys, yarns, lace, in fact anything that tickles your fancy.

Experimenting is half the fun, the other half is the satisfaction you will get from creating your very own original!

This friendly relaxed workshop, held in my studio, includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch and nibbles.
